Multi Development secure retail giants H&M and Boots

Multi Development UK Ltd have announced they have signed Swedish fashion giant Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) and Boots to their £360 million SouthGate development in Bath, they are developing with Morley.

Multi Celebrates SouthGate Groundbreaking Ceremony

Multi Development UK Ltd, together with Morley, on Thursday 11th October celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony in Bath, which marked the start of the excavation for the basement car park in SouthGate, their £360 million 9-acre regeneration scheme in the city.

We're digging and cleaning up after ourselves!

We are pleased to announce that in conjunction with our contractors Sir Robert Mc Alpine, excavation work started on the SouthGate site on Monday 24^th September.
