SouthGate Bath Community and Charity Scheme
SouthGate Bath is delighted to work with local community and charity partners throughout the year who align to our key themes of wellbeing, sustainability, creativity, employment and education.
If you’d like to be considered as one of our local community or charity partners, and you meet the key requirements in the checklist below, please contact [email protected] with a short (no more than one-page) overview of your community or charity group, the activity you’d like to bring to the centre, and the dates you would like to use the space.
Checklist:
- We’re looking for activity that brings something interactive, creative and family-friendly for our visitors to enjoy.
- Space is flexible and can be tailored to suit your activity; this can be discussed in more detail once we understand your proposal.
- All activity must be staffed at all times and operate within the centre’s opening hours.
- Due to the volume of requests we receive, we’re only able to work with officially registered charities or community groups local to the Bath area. If you are a national charity, you can find more information and contact details via our Commercial Opportunities page.
- To allow us to accommodate activities from a number of charity partners, we are typically only able to accommodate bookings of up to two consecutive days.
- We ask for as much notice as possible and we require your application no less than two weeks prior to any proposed activity date.
- To issues a permit, we require a risk assessment, method statement and a copy of your Public Liability Insurance at least five working days prior to your visit.
- All proposals are subject to site team approval.
