Event Terms & Conditions
Please read carefully. In consideration of you being permitted to enter and remain at Rainbow Family Day at SouthGate Bath (the “Event”) organised by Southgate LP (Nominee 1) Limited and Southgate LP (Nominee 2) Limited each of 80 Fenchurch Street, London, United Kingdom, EC3M 4AE (the “Organiser”) you hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms below by submitting your registration or purchasing a ticket to the Event:
- Admittance:
- In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse admittance to or expel from the event anyone that we determine is behaving in a manner that could be disruptive to the event or pose a danger to yourself or any other person. You consent and agree that in such event, you shall not be entitled to a refund.
- Event Schedule:
- Event Schedule: Midweek Magic at SouthGate Bath will run on Saturday 22nd August, full details of the event can be found here https://www.southgatebath.com/event/rainbow-family-day
- Capacity and Admission: Each session or event has limited capacity, with places available on a first-come, first-served basis unless otherwise stated. Once full, attendance will be subject to space becoming available.
- Entertainers and Event Personnel: Any views, opinions, or actions of entertainers, performers, coaches, or event support crew at the Event are their own. We accept no responsibility or liability for any advice given, statements made, or actions taken by any entertainer, performer, coach, or member of the event support team, whether during the Event or in any related materials.
- Event Management:
- The Event will be managed by Bakehouse Factory, 7 Clothier Rd, Brislington, Bristol BS4 5PS, United Kingdom (the “Event Manager”).

- Photography and Recording:
- The unauthorised recording, photography, or live streaming of the Event is strictly prohibited.
- We reserve the sole right to use any recordings, photography or live streams received or obtained by us during the Event for whatever use deemed proper by us, and all recordings, photography and live streams will be our sole property.
- Please be aware that you may appear in the aforementioned event-related media and by attending the Event you provide your consent for us to use this media for reasonably appropriate purposes.
- Accessibility:
- We are committed to accessibility for everyone. If you have specific accessibility or inclusion requirements, please inform us in advance of the Event date to ascertain whether we can accommodate your needs by emailing [email protected]
- Personal Information: We will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy policy available here: https://www.britishland.com/privacy-notice
- Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify the agenda, format, speakers, entertainment, schedule, location, and any other aspect of the Event without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders in advance of any modifications to the Event.
- Event Termination/Postponement
- In the unlikely event that the Event is cancelled or postponed this will be advertised on our social media channels.
- We shall not be liable for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses in connection with the postponement or cancellation of the Event.
- Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we (which shall include our affiliates, parent undertakings, subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, legal representatives, and sub-contractors) shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to any person (including you) or property howsoever caused.
- Severance: If any provision or part thereof contained in these terms and conditions is declared unenforceable or ineffective, such provision and part shall be deemed severable, such that all other provisions contained in these terms and conditions shall remain valid and binding.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with them.
