Transport Interchange
The SouthGate scheme includes a state-of-the-art road and rail interchange that will provide an integrated public transport gateway to enhance the existing rail and bus services.
A £6.5 million investment in Bath Spa Railway station and a £13 million investment in the new bus station will bring a 21st century experience to Bath’s transport infrastructure.
To cope with increased number of cars, SouthGate will also include basement parking over three floors for 860 cars. These spaces will have direct access to the centre.
