Franco Manca’s new menu is now live!
The new No.7 pizza has been created by guest chef Roy Caceres, in collaboration with Ferrarelle water and their chef academy.
Born in Colombia, Roy moved to Rome aged 9 and has been living there ever since, where he runs his Michelin star restaurant, Metamorfosi.
Like Franco Manca, Roy is a big believer in fresh, locally-sourced and seasonal produce.
His creation for the new menu has been designed to be both spicy and fresh.
It's got lightly spiced Ventricina salami, green peppers from Vesuvio, mozzarella, wild mizuna & rocket leaves and a drizzle of roasted baby plum tomato & spicy n’duja.
