We cannot accommodate large vehicles, vans, motorhomes or coaches at SouthGate Bath.

The maximum height allowed in our car park is 2.1m.

We do not offer dedicated staff car parking facilities. 

SouthGate's car park is located next to New Look and directly underneath the shopping centre. With 876 spaces including 22 parent and child spaces and 38 disabled parking spaces.

Yes, we offer bike parking at The Vaults and in level -2 in the car park.

 We have dedicated motorbike parking areas close to the entrance barriers and throughout the car park.

The National Rail Parking area is charged at the National Rail daily car parking rate. These charges apply Monday-Friday only.

SouthGate Bath do not have any Shopmobility facilities and do not have scooters or wheelchairs to hire. 

We are registered with Changing Places, offering an accessible care room for customers who need it. This includes an adjustable height bench, peninsular toilet, hoist and adjustable wash facilities. Our care room is located behind The Vaults area and requires a radar key to access. Alternatively, please call the number on the door.

There's nowhere specifically to warm a baby's bottle at SouthGate Bath, but please ask individual restaurants and cafes who may be able to offer this service.

There is nowhere at SouthGate Bath to hire a pushchair or buggy.

Baby change facilities are located next to The North Face.

There are no family or children's facilities at SouthGate Bath and we do not offer a creche service.

We want your Southgate Bath experience online to be as great as your experience when you visit us. Your profile may also be shared with centre security and/or law enforcement. 3. No promotions or spam. Any unauthorised promotions for third party products or services or infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy, and/or publicity rights aren’t allowed and will be removed from the Page. 4. Speak the truth: We want to hear about your honest experience at Southgate Bath but please avoid any false, fraudulent or misleading claims that may damage the reputation of the centre and/or the people who work here. Our social channels encourage our community of shoppers and visitors at Southgate Bath to openly discuss experiences in, or directly surrounding, the centre but it should be noted that unless the post has come from our official account, posts and comments do not represent the views of Southgate Bath. Our social media channels are monitored daily during regular working hours (9.00am -5.30pm) and we will respond to any direct messages as soon as possible. Out of hours and weekend monitoring covers critical and emergency situations but we will always respond as soon as possible to any enquiries. Whilst there is no formal code of conduct we expect all visitors to behave in a manner that does not detract from the convenience and enjoyment of others who visit or work there. SouthGate Bath is private property and British Land reserves the right to refuse admission or require persons to leave if necessary

Our first aid room is located in the control room. 

There is a defibrillator and first aid box located outside Boots in the yellow phone box.  

If you require assistance while at SouthGate Bath, please talk to a member of staff who will be happy to help. 

SouthGate Bath does not currently offer Wi-fi access for customers. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Dogs are welcome in the outdoor areas at Southgate Bath, but should be kept on a lead. 

The policy within our stores varies, however, and so we recommend checking directly to see if they welcome dogs inside. 

There is no quiet room available at SouthGate Bath.

SouthGate Bath is open from 9am until 6pm Monday to Friday with the exception of Thursday when we are open until 7pm. We are open from 9am until 6pm on Saturday and 11am until 5pm on Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Each retailer at SouthGate Bath has different trading hours. Please contact the relevant retailer if you are planning on making a journey to a specific store.

There are no lockers available at SouthGate Bath.

We don't offer phone or iPad charging facilities at SouthGate Bath.

Yes, there are 12 charging points in total. We have Pod Point electric vehicle charging bays on-site for customers at all three levels of the car park.
Charging points all offer 7kW charge via a Type 2 universal socket. Our EV charging is 49p per KWH.

There is no business lounge or meeting room hire available at SouthGate Bath. 

Yes, there is a car wash on level -1 of the car park.

The Car Wash Company is open from 9am - 5pm Monday - Saturday and from 10am - 4pm on Sunday and Bank Holidays.

Yes, we have plenty of great places to eat and drink here at Drake Circus. We have 22 cafes, bars and restaurants, with some offering outdoor dining options as well as indoor.

SouthGate Bath does not offer a gift card, however many of our stores will have their own gift cards. Please ask in store of visit retailers websites for more information.

Bath Bus Station is located right opposite SouthGate making access to SouthGate by bus really easy. All buses are wheelchair and pushchair friendly. Bath Spa train station is located right opposite SouthGate Bath, making access to SouthGate Bath by train really easy.

To get to SouthGate’s Bath car park head along St James Parade until the end of the road. The entrance to the SouthGate Bath car park is on your left just after New Look. Keep an eye out as the entrance comes up on you quite quickly. We have dedicated motorbike parking close to the entrance barriers and throughout the car park. With 876 spaces including parent and child and disabled parking, parking couldn’t be more convenient.

Cash machines are located at Barclays on SouthGate Street, outside Sainsburys on Newark Street, at Bath Spa Railway Station or outside eurochange on SouthGate Street.
