Leasing at SouthGate Bath
SouthGate Bath is an attractive and convenient mixed-use destination, benefitting from its proximity to SouthGate Bath underground and national rail station.
SouthGate Bath combines over 400,000 sq ft of retail with 130,000 sq ft of offices.
There are around 85 retail and leisure units including a 70,000 sq ft Primark, Marks & Spencer, Pandora, Next and River Island, as well as a library and a Nuffield Health gym. Home to a variety of independent brands, SouthGate Bath is also a first-choice destination for new concepts, including the UK’s first ever Amazon Fresh.
A comprehensive refurbishment was completed in 2015. The Town Square has now become a hub for community activities such as a French market and live music. Restaurants include Wagamama, Wasabi, Turtle Bay and Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Café.
The combined schemes are located in the centre of SouthGate, which is undergoing transformative redevelopment with more than 2,000 new homes planned. SouthGate Bath’s catchment covers nearly 2 million people and annual footfall is 20 million.
