More than great shopping

We continually invest in SouthGate Bath and to improve the experience and wellbeing of everyone who visits

Good for the planet

From zero waste to reduced energy – we’re pioneering more ways to be an environmentally friendly shopping centre. And in line with our parent company British Land, we’re on track to be Net Zero by 2030.

Making a positive difference

We help our retailers and shoppers connect to opportunities that benefit our local community

Trusty Transport - We have 12 electric charging stations across all three levels of our car park, but you don’t need a car to get to us: there’s buses, trains and we have cycle storage too. Zero Waste – nothing goes to landfill. We recycle or incinerate everything we can and work with retailers at Drake Circus and The Barcode to do the same. Bright and breezy – Energy saving measures, such as LED lighting and natural air ventilation have cut our energy use by 25% over the past 7 years. All electricity used onsite is from 100% renewable sources.

Refill – we provide a free water refill station as part of our pledge to reduce plastic consumption. Green space – we have six established apple trees at The Vaults, two apple tree circular seating planters at Southgate Place and three floral telephone boxes which are regularly planted with bee and butterfly friendly flowers.
